Please note that once you have booked an appointment at Homme XY, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, and Homme XY are unable to fill the slot, the appointment will be deemed a no show which means the appointment is non-refundable.
To avoid this, please provide cancellation notice or reschedule at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.
